State Informatics Ltd (SIL)
has strengthened its engagement with Lesotho’s public-sector and governance
institutions, positioning itself as a strategic technology partner to support
the country’s digital transformation and the development of secure, sovereign
and resilient digital ecosystems.
SIL participated in the
Africa State-Owned Enterprises Corporate Governance Summit in Lesotho,
represented by Managing Director Dr Parmesh Pallanee and Business Development
Manager Siddiq Farhan.
Pallanee was among the
executive speakers at the summit, where he presented on “Governed. Sovereign.
Resilient. – One African Digital Architecture for Lesotho’s SMEs and Startups.”
The presentation highlighted
the importance of developing digital infrastructure capable of supporting small
and medium-sized enterprises and startups while ensuring security, resilience
and national ownership of critical digital systems.
The summit provided SIL with
an opportunity to engage senior decision-makers from the Office of the Deputy
Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Home Affairs and other
governance institutions.
During the engagement, SIL
showcased its experience in mission-critical environments and its capabilities
in developing secure, scalable and resilient digital ecosystems.
The company said its
participation further strengthens its position as a technology partner for
Lesotho’s public-sector modernisation efforts, while supporting digital
transformation across key institutions.
