MTN South
Sudan's newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Mapula Bodibe has held a
productive introductory meeting with Eng. Napoleon Adok Gai, Director-General
of the National Communication Authority (NCA).
The courtesy
visit marked an important step in fostering collaborative governance as both
parties discussed critical aspects of MTN's operations in South Sudan. Central
to the dialogue were shared objectives around improving network infrastructure
quality and elevating customer service standards across the country's digital
landscape.
Ms. Bodibe's
engagement with the NCA leadership reaffirms MTN South Sudan's commitment to
maintaining an open, cooperative relationship with regulators. "This
meeting demonstrates our mutual dedication to advancing South Sudan's
telecommunications sector through partnership and innovation," the CEO
noted.
Eng. Gai
welcomed the constructive discussions, emphasizing the NCA's support for
initiatives that enhance connectivity and service delivery. The regulator
acknowledged MTN's role as a key industry player in driving digital inclusion
across the nation.
