The
Ministry of ICT has hosted Mr Richard Cazalet, Head of Strategy and
Transformation at Telkom Group, South Africa, for a courtesy visit aimed at
strengthening collaboration and knowledge exchange within the digital sector.
The
engagement, hosted by the Eswatini Posts and Telecommunications Corporation
(EPTC), focused on knowledge transfer and the sharing of key insights from
Telkom Group’s transformation journey. Discussions highlighted strategic
approaches to organisational transformation, innovation, and the role of
partnerships in driving sustainable digital development.
The
visit provided an opportunity for stakeholders to explore areas of mutual
interest, exchange best practices, and foster learning that could support
Eswatini’s digital transformation agenda. It also underscored the importance of
regional collaboration in advancing ICT capacity, resilience, and growth across
the sector.
Officials
from the Ministry of ICT and EPTC welcomed the engagement, noting its value in
deepening institutional learning and reinforcing cooperation between Eswatini
and leading industry players in the region.
