The
Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) is participating in the GSMA Africa
Workshop on Driving Digital Inclusion held in Nairobi.
The
workshop brings together policymakers, regulators and industry stakeholders to
examine strategies for expanding access to reliable and affordable digital
connectivity across Kenya and the wider region.

Discussions
at the event are focused on the role of effective spectrum management,
progressive licensing frameworks and sustained investment in ICT infrastructure
in accelerating universal broadband access.
Participants
are also exploring how the expansion of 4G and 5G networks can support digital
transformation across key sectors, including digital government services,
e-commerce, financial inclusion and innovation.

The
Communications Authority of Kenya said its participation reflects its ongoing
commitment to policies and regulatory approaches aimed at strengthening
connectivity and advancing digital inclusion.
