The
President of the African Space Agency (AfSA), H.E. Dr. Tidiane Ouattara has held
a bilateral meeting with a delegation from the Embassy of the Federal Republic
of Germany in Cairo to discuss the Agency’s mandate and potential avenues for
collaboration.

The
discussions focused on strengthening partnerships to advance Africa’s
continental space program. Both parties explored opportunities for joint
initiatives, knowledge sharing, and technical cooperation aimed at enhancing
space research, technology development, and capacity building across African
member states.

The
meeting underscores AfSA’s commitment to fostering international partnerships
that support the growth of Africa’s space capabilities and strategic
positioning in global space activities.
