The
ICT Association of Uganda has intensified efforts to strengthen regional
collaboration ahead of the TICON Africa Conference scheduled for September
2026.
As
part of these preparations, the Association’s Chairperson, Elizabeth Ntege,
recently visited Livingstone, Zambia, where she participated in the ICT
Association of Zambia Conference and engaged key stakeholders within the
country’s technology ecosystem.

During
the visit, she held meetings with Felix Mutati, Brilliant Habeenzu, and Schmidt
Chintu, focusing on opportunities to deepen collaboration in advancing digital
transformation initiatives.
The
engagements underscore a broader commitment to fostering partnerships across
government and industry stakeholders in Africa, with the aim of building a
resilient, innovative, and globally competitive digital economy.
