YAS
Madagascar has extended its Inclusive Leadership Camp programme to regional
areas, reinforcing its commitment to promoting equity and accessibility in the
workplace.
Following
the programme’s initial launch in Antananarivo last year, the company has begun
rolling out inclusion-focused activities beyond the capital. The first regional
mission was held in Diégo, marking the start of a broader effort to engage
employees and management in adopting more inclusive practices in their daily
operations.

The
initiative is being implemented in collaboration with local partners focused on
inclusion and diversity. These partnerships are expected to enhance the
effectiveness of the programme through local expertise and community
engagement.
The
Diégo session featured demonstrations and practical workshops led by persons
with disabilities, providing participants with firsthand insights into their
capabilities, creativity, and the opportunities for fostering inclusive
environments within organizations.

As
part of efforts to sustain the programme, YAS Madagascar has also signed a
partnership agreement with Réseau ZARA. The network will support ongoing
awareness campaigns and assist in initiatives aimed at improving the
recruitment and integration of persons with disabilities into the workforce.
The
expansion of the Inclusive Leadership Camp underscores the company’s broader
strategy to embed diversity and inclusion into its operations across
Madagascar.
