A
delegation of IT service providers from Ghana and Kenya, including mNotify
Company Limited, Dexwin Tech, and Suku Technologies Limited, has undertaken a
strategic visit to leading German IT hubs and the Hannover Messe to deepen
engagement with Europe’s digital market ecosystem and explore long-term
partnership opportunities.
The
engagement focused on understanding evolving market demands, strengthening
business linkages, and positioning West African tech firms within global
outsourcing and digital services value chains.

Discussions
and site visits revealed that artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the
outsourcing industry, with increasing demand for advanced, adaptable IT talent.
Stakeholders noted that firms on both sides must remain closely aligned with
emerging technological trends to remain competitive.
The
delegation also observed that international cooperation continues to play a
central role in unlocking investment opportunities. Several interactions
highlighted Ghana’s growing reputation as a credible and high-impact
destination for digital services and innovation-led investment.

A
key takeaway from the engagement was the importance of trust in market entry
and expansion. Participants emphasized that sustained presence, consistent
engagement, and long-term relationship-building are essential for successful
integration into the German market.
The
initiative is supported by the International Digital Dialogues on behalf of the
Federal Ministry for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation
(BMDS), underscoring ongoing efforts to strengthen cross-regional digital
cooperation and innovation partnerships.
