Orange Egypt has reaffirmed
its commitment to supporting Egypt’s digital transformation, with the company
highlighting investments in artificial intelligence, cloud computing,
cybersecurity, digital education and entrepreneurship.
The commitment was
reiterated following a meeting attended by Hesham Mahran, CEO Orange Egypt,
with H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Eng. Raafat Hendy, Minister of
Communications and Information Technology, Ms. Christel Heydemann, Orange Group
CEO, and Eng. Yasser Shaker, Orange Middle East and Africa CEO.
Mahran said the meeting
reinforced the importance of the partnership in accelerating Egypt’s digital
transformation, fostering innovation and investing in building the capabilities
of Egyptian youth.
“At Orange Egypt, we are
committed to turning this vision into action by advancing AI, cloud computing,
and cybersecurity, while supporting digital education and entrepreneurship,”
Mahran said.
The company said it will
continue to invest in technology, people and partnerships as it seeks to
support the next generation and create new opportunities across Egypt’s digital
economy.
Mahran described the
engagement as a proud moment for Orange Egypt and a reaffirmation of the
company’s commitment to supporting Egypt’s digital future.
