Togo AI Lab has tested the
Voice of Togo platform as part of efforts to ensure the digital tool meets the
needs of future contributors ahead of its public launch.
The test session was
organised, with 30 selected participants taking part in the test phase of the
National Local Language Challenge data collection platform.
The session involved
participants discovering the platform, testing its features and carrying out
various contribution actions.
Togo AI Lab said the
exercise enabled the team to collect feedback, observations and suggestions
from participants to identify possible areas for improvement before the
platform becomes operational.
The feedback is expected to
help refine the user experience and support the development of a simpler and
more accessible platform adapted to future contributors.
The Voice of Togo platform
is being developed as part of the National Local Language Challenge, with the
test phase providing an opportunity to assess how potential contributors
interact with the platform before its wider deployment.
