Guinea's National Agency for
Universal Telecommunications and Digital Service (ANSUTEN) has reviewed the
implementation of its strategic digital transformation projects as part of its
regular internal coordination meetings aimed at accelerating the country's
digital development agenda.
The weekly meeting, chaired
by the Agency's Deputy Director General, brought together departmental managers
to assess ongoing activities, evaluate progress achieved and outline the next
steps for priority programmes.
Discussions focused on
several flagship initiatives, including the Univ-Connect programme, R-CUN 4,
the development of digital hubs, the audit of white and grey connectivity
areas, the GPATI initiative and the establishment of school media libraries.
According to ANSUTEN, the
coordination sessions provide an opportunity to monitor project implementation,
strengthen internal collaboration and ensure that strategic programmes remain
on track.
The agency said the
initiatives form part of broader efforts to expand digital access, bridge
connectivity gaps and promote inclusive digital services across Guinea as the
country advances its digital transformation agenda.
