Hemera Capital Group has
explored opportunities to leverage space technologies developed under Angola’s
National Space Programme during a working visit to the National Space Programme
Management Office (GGPEN).
The visit provided the
company with insights into GGPEN’s range of space-based solutions designed to
support the private sector and strengthen innovation across strategic areas of
the national economy.
During the engagement, the
delegation was introduced to smart geospatial solutions, satellite connectivity
services, navigation technologies and other space applications developed to
address business and development needs.
GGPEN highlighted the
potential of these technologies to improve decision-making, enhance operational
efficiency and create new opportunities for industries through the use of
satellite-enabled services and data-driven solutions.
The meeting also identified
possible areas of collaboration between GGPEN and Hemera Capital, with a focus
on promoting the adoption of space technologies as tools for innovation,
competitiveness and economic growth.
